Computer software copyright of Non-imaging Remote Sensing Data Management Information System, jointly developed by Academy of Opto-Electronics and Graduate School of CAS, has been granted by China Copyright Protection Center , and the copyright registration certificate was released at October 16, 2009.

　　Non-imaging remote sensing satellite data has some  characteristic, such as complex storage structure,  high sampling frequency, large data volume,  short repetition period, and so on. An proprietary efficient non-imaging remote sensing satellite data management system is needed on data storing, access retrieving, and data mining and analyzing. Under the support of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Knowledge Innovation Project and the direction of multilateral cooperation in Asia-Pacific Space Project, "non-imaging remote sensing data management information system" is jointly developed by Academy of Opto-Electronics and Graduate School of CAS. This System achieves effective management of non-imaging remote sensing data and expands the range of remote sensing data’s integration management, which is very important for non-imaging remote sensing data application.
